1.The subject of this contract is the successive supply of medicinal products for the non-commercial research experiment "Randomised study comparing the effectiveness of endoscopic gastric plastic surgery with minimally invasive bariatric surgery or conservative treatment in patients with obesity and associated diseases" as part of the implementation of a project financed from the State Budget by the Medical Research Agency under contract 2023/ABM/01/00093-00. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3.The Contractor will be responsible for delivering the medicinal product to one research centre located in Poland, in accordance with the Description of the subject of the contract (Annex 2 to the RVU), under the conditions set out in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex 6 to the RVU.
