Description

The overall objective of the procurement is to achieve drug treatment for patients benefiting from drugs funded by national health programs, as well as to increase the quality of medical services and prevent the deterioration of the health status of patients . The object of the public procurement procedure is the framework agreement for the supply of Medicines national programs 7 that are necessary for the proper conduct of the medical activity specific to the County Emergency Hospital - HIV compartments / wards, Neurology Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders specified in the contract notice - in accordance with Articles 160 and 61 of Law 98/2016.
