Description

The subject of this contract is the conclusion of a contract with one contractor, following a procedure under Article 18(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP), for the selection of a supplier of active net electricity and a coordinator of a balancing group for sites provided for the management of the Akad. Nikolay Haytov State Forestry Company, a territorial division of the South-Central State Enterprise in the town of Smolyan, as well as the implementation of all activities in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority, detailed in the Technical Specifications. The estimated amount of electricity for the entire period of the contract is 34,275 MWh, and the Contracting Authority does not undertake to use it in full, but if the need arises, the amount may be exceeded.
