Przedmiotem niniejszego postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego jest świadczenie usługi w zakresie odbioru, wywozu, utylizacji i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych stałych z ok. 7 000 nieruchomości zamieszkanych (średnio 30 na 1 km²) o zabudowie jednorodzinnej i wielorodzinnej. Szczegółowy wykaz nieruchomości objętych zamówieniem Wykonawca otrzyma w dniu zawarcia umowy. Dane dotyczące Gminy Zamość istotne z punktu widzenia zamówienia: - obszar Gminy Zamość wynosi 197 km2, - w skład Gminy Zamość wchodzi 35 miejscowości: Białobrzegi, Białowola, Borowina Sitaniecka, Bortatycze, Bortatycze Kolonia, Hubale, Chyża, Jatutów, Kalinowice, Lipsko, Lipsko-Kosobudy, Lipsko-Polesie, Łapiguz, Mokre, Płoskie, Pniówek, Siedliska, Siedliska-Kolonia, Sitaniec, Sitaniec-Kolonia, Sitaniec-Wolica, Szopinek, Skokówka, Wieprzec, Wierzchowiny, Wólka Panieńska, Wólka Wieprzecka, Wysokie, Wychody, Zarzecze, Zwódne, Zalesie, Zawada, Żdanów, Żdanówek.
