Description

The wellbeing services county of North Karelia will make a direct procurement of the client-specific substitute care needed by the child welfare services of family and social services with Toivo ammattiperhekoti Oy's Toivonpolku unit starting from 5 August 2024 and continuing until further notice. A contracting entity may award a direct procurement in individual cases in social welfare and health care service procurements referred to in Chapter 12, section 110 of the Act on Public Contracts if arranging a tendering procedure would be manifestly unreasonable and particularly inappropriate in order to secure a care and customer relationship that is significant for the child.
