The subject of the contract is the execution of complete design documentation (hereinafter referred to as documentation) together with obtaining opinions, administrative arrangements and decisions required by the provisions of construction law and performing author's supervision for the following task: Task number: 02-25-1.1-01- Reconstruction of the reservoir in Trachy Forestry section 624 The subject of the contract includes: a) Obtaining a set of projects, opinions, decisions and arrangements required by law necessary to obtain a final and final decision on the construction permit in accordance with the Construction Law Act of 7 July 1994 (Journal of Laws of 1994, No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 725) (acting on behalf of the Employer). b) The Contractor is obliged to act as an expert in procedures for the award of public works contracts and answer questions within 2 days of submitting questions for elaboration. c) Performing Author's Supervision throughout the entire duration of the works, including checking the compliance of the works with the design documentation of applicable laws and standards, clarifying doubts regarding the construction and executive design and solutions contained therein, and possibly supplementing the details of the design documentation, agreeing with the Employer and the Contractor on the possibility of introducing alternative solutions to those provided for in the design documentation in respect of materials and structures and technical and technological solutions, and reported by the construction manager or the Investor's Supervision Inspector. Implementation should be supervised so that the scope of the introduced changes does not result in a significant change to the approved project and participate in the commissions and technical meetings organised by the Contracting Authority. (e) The cost of obtaining the necessary permits and decisions lies with the Contractor, and the Ordering Party will provide the necessary authorisations. The subject of the contract is divided into the following stages: Stage I - execution of complete documentation together with obtaining a final decision on the construction permit or confirmation of the lack of grounds for objection to the submitted notification of works. Stage II - performing author's supervision of the compliance of construction works with documentation - from the date of commencement of construction works uninterruptedly until final acceptance and obtaining a permit for use. The subject of the contract must be performed within the following time limits: STAGE I: 12 months from the date of conclusion of the STAGE II agreement: from the date of commencement of construction works continuously until final acceptance and obtaining a permit to use ,, but not longer than until 31 December 2028 (the date indicated is related to the expiry of the deadlines for settlement of the project co-financing agreement). The subject of the Agreement will be implemented in stages, in accordance with the Work Implementation Schedule included in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement (Annex No 9 to the FTZ).
