Description

These are:
— laundry maintenance: of industrial garments, catering linen, webs, drums, cotton fabrics and various other pieces,
— dry cleaning maintenance: of tables and flags, carpets and other pieces,
— the collection and delivery of laundry to the departmental departments.
The contract is concluded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months from the date of its notification to the Contractor. The contract may be renewed no more than three (3) times, unless notice of termination is expressly taken by the representative of the contracting authority at least one (1) month before the anniversary of the date on which the contract was notified. The duration of the contract may not exceed four (4) years.
It is a contract with order forms with the following thresholds:
Annual minimum amount: EUR 20 000 (TTC).
Annual maximum amount: EUR 60 000 (TTC).
It is a contract with order forms pursuant to Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code. It will be carried out as order forms are issued without negotiation or reopening of competition.
