Description

In order to implement its skills in the field of continuing vocational training, the Pays de la Loire Region develops and finances a training offer of qualifying training under the ‘I’m qualifying’ objective.
Within the regional public service for continuing vocational training, the objective of ‘I describe me’ is reflected in a two-yearly programme of training measures, which can be renewed once. It is drawn up on the basis of a needs analysis based on all the work available on the employment training relationship in Pays de la Loire in each professional field.
The purpose of this offer is to correct the mainly structural, but also short-term, qualification imbalances. It is aimed at the leagues furthest away from employment, enabling them to obtain a first vocational qualification leading to certification or to raise their level of qualification, in order to facilitate their sustainable integration into the labour market.
The objective ‘I describe me’ is intended to propose all the qualifying collective actions financed by the Region.
