Leasing of printing and multifunction devices and a central print system together with printing, servicing and repair of equipment. Therefore, the Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders referred to in Article 7(15) of the Public Procurement Act. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 4 to the FTZ. During the entire term of the contract, it may be extended by additional printing devices operating both under the control of the central printout system and outside it with a value of up to 15% of the order value, for rates in accordance with the tender form, if the Contracting Authority needs to use them. At the request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor undertakes to sell after the end of the lease period all or the devices selected by the Ordering Party together with the system for the amount specified in the Contractor's offer. The equipment will be sold on the basis of a separate contract. Prior to the initiation of the procedure, the preliminary market consultations referred to in Article 84 of the Public Procurement Law were conducted.
