Description

‘Supply, installation, commissioning, training and warranty service of medical devices by lots’ for Lot No 1 - apparatus for gastroenterology; Lot 2 - light microscope with colour digital camera; Lot 3 - apparatus for orthopedics and traumatology; Separate heading No 4 - apparatus for electorencephalography 32 channel. On the basis of Article 114 of the Public Procurement Act, due to the lack of secured funding at the opening of the procedure, the Contracting Authority makes the performance of the contract conditional. The performance begins after confirmation by the Assignor for secured financing and presentation by the Contractor of the specified performance guarantee. In the event of failure to provide the performance guarantee within the period specified by the Assignor, without the presence of objective reasons, the contract shall be terminated. Where, after a period of three months from the conclusion of the contract, no financing is provided, either party may request its termination without notice. Where, after a period of 10 months from the conclusion of the contract, no financing is provided, the contract shall be deemed terminated.
