Kiinteistö Oy Kajaanin Pietari pyytää Teitä antamaan tarjouksen sähkötuntityöt sopimuskaudelle 1.5.2025 - 30.4.2027 sekä mahdollinen kahden (1+1) vuoden optio. Option käytöstä tehdään erillinen päätös viimeistään kuusi (6) kuukautta ennen varsinaisen sopimuskauden päättymistä ja ennen ensimmäisen optiovuoden päättymistä ja siitä ilmoitetaan asianosaisille kirjeellä. Kiinteistö Oy Kajaanin Pietari voi tehdä yksin päätöksen option käytöstä.
