PL-Krakow: ultrasound scanners
1. The subject matter of the procedure and the contract is to select the Contractor for the purchase, supply and assembly of a laser scanner with an automatic spot-cutting system, together with equipment and software, and the launching, testing and training of staff, as part of the implementation of the project entitled: Małopolskie Centre for Biotechnology, co-financed by the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund, Operational Programme Innovative Economy 2007-13, implemented for the Małopolskie Centre for Biotechnology at Jagiellonian University, located at ul. Gronostajowa 7 in Kraków.
1.1 The contract shall cover in particular:
1.1.1 Laser scanner,
1.1.2 Specialised 2D DIGE analysis software,
1.1.3 DIGE 2D and 2D analysis software,
1.1.4 Automatic spot cutting system,
1.1.5 Four computer sets with LCD colour monitors and one laser colour printer for handling: scanner, cutting machines, 2D DIGE software and Oracle databases (Oracle server) and 2D DIGE software.
2. The contractor must ensure that the contract is performed within the time limit indicated in point 4 of the ToR, i.e. up to 70 days from the award of the contract.
3. The contractor must offer the subject-matter of the contract in accordance with the contracting authority’s requirements set out in the ToR and must attach to the tender its detailed technical and/or functional descriptions or catalogues of the manufacturer (e.g. by indicating the types, models, manufacturers, configurations, etc.) enabling the conformity of the components and equipment offered and their parameters with the requirements of the ToR to be assessed (an English version of these documents is acceptable).
4. The contractor must offer a minimum of 24 months’ warranty period covering the whole subject of the contract and a minimum of 36 months guarantee period covering the computer hardware and software covered by the subject-matter of the contract, calculated from the date of acceptance of the whole order, together with the ongoing maintenance free of charge (included in the price of the tender) resulting from the terms of the warranty and repair during the warranty period at the place of use by persons or entities duly authorised by the manufacturer and the possibility of remote diagnostics of the system through a secured internet connection.
5. The contractor must provide a flat-rate tender price for the subject of the contract in the form of an individual calculation, taking into account the requirements and provisions of the ToR.
6. If the Contractor announces the recruitment of subcontractors, a list with the scope of the tasks assigned to them (part of the contract) must be attached to the tender.
7. The contractor must sign and fill in the tender form and its annexes or submit a tender corresponding to their content, and may sign and attach to the tender a model contract which forms an integral part of the ToR.
8. The contractor must attach to the tender all the documents and declarations and annexes set out in the ToR.
