Consultation took place pursuant to Article 8 of the Public Procurement Code in the context of the purchasing group comprising the municipalities of Foncine-le-Haut and Foncine-le-le-Bas, for which the mayor of Foncine-le-Haut is the coordinator. The services expected are as follows:
