Description

1 The subject-matter of the contract is the provision of a service for the management and investor supervision of the design and execution of works on railway line C-E 20 on the section Czachówek Wschodni - Pilawa together with the bridge over the Vistula River, carried out as part of the projects ‘Works on railway line No 12 Skierniewice - Łuków (C-E20), bridge over the Vistula River’ and ‘Works on railway line C-E 20 on the section Czachówek Wschodni - Pilawa – other works’. 2 The entire subject of the Order includes: a. The basic scope is in particular: a) performing the function of an Engineer; b) material and financial management, in particular comprehensive service of the Construction Contract in terms of their settlement, monitoring and material and financial reporting; c) technical management, including the performance of the duties of the Investor Supervision Inspector under the Construction Law Act, i.e. Journal of Laws 2024, item 834 and pos. 1222 as amended; d) Management, including coordination of the Construction Contract concluded as part of the Projects; conducting environmental supervision, including environmental supervision, in accordance with the decision on environmental conditions, provisions agreeing on the conditions for the implementation of the project and other administrative decisions in this respect. b. The Option Law means the Contracting Authority's unilateral right to extend the scope of supervision to include an additional scope regarding construction for the duration and acceptance of construction works entitled: Construction of a footbridge in the area of ul. Leniskowa in Pilawa in the scope of works to be carried out under the Contract. Detailed Description of the Order Item can be found in Volume III SWZ - Description of the Order Item (hereinafter: ‘OPZ’). The detailed scope of the Option Law is described in point 2.2.3. OPZ .
