Description

1 The subject of the contract is the provision of services relating to the management and investor supervision of the design and execution of works on the C-E 20 railway line on the section Czachówek Wschodni - Pilawa together with the bridge over the Vistula River, carried out as part of the projects ‘Works on the Skierniewice - Łuków railway line No 12 (C-E20), the bridge over the Vistula River’ and ‘Works on the C-E 20 railway line on the section Czachówek Wschodni - Pilawa – other works’. 2 The entire subject of the Order includes: a. The basic scope is in particular: a) performing the function of Engineer; b) material and financial management, in particular comprehensive service of the Construction Contract in terms of their settlement, monitoring and material and financial reporting; c) technical management, including the performance of the duties of the Investor Supervision Inspector under the Construction Law Act, i.e. Journal of Laws 2024, item 834 and item 1222 as amended; d) Management, including coordination of the Construction Contract concluded under the Projects; carrying out environmental, including natural, supervision in accordance with the decision on environmental conditions, provisions agreeing on the conditions for the implementation of the project and other administrative decisions in this respect. b. The right of Option means a unilateral right of the Contracting Authority to extend the scope of supervision by an additional scope regarding construction for the duration and acceptance of construction works entitled: Construction of a footbridge for pedestrians in the area of ul. Summer camp in Pilawa in the scope of work to be carried out under the Contract.
