Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of a training service involving the preparation and provision of specialised training for UKNF staff.
training No 1 – “Operation of groups, particularly in the context of supplementary supervision and the activities of supervised entities in a financial conglomerate”.
(b) Training No 2 – ‘Reinsurance’.
2. The Framework Programme for Training No 1 and Training No 2, containing detailed issues to be presented during the training, is set out in Annex 2 to the ToR.
3. Form of training: training 1 – Seminar, Training 2 – Seminar with an example to be solved.
4. The detailed training programme 1 and training 2 will be drawn up by the Contractor within 5 days from the date of signature of the contract for the specific subjects specified in the framework training programme, i.e. in Annex 2 to the ToR, and will be subject to written approval by the Contracting Authority.
5. Within 3 days of the date of signature of the contract, the Contractor shall submit to the Contracting Authority for acceptance a proposal for a deadline for the training.
6. The procurers divided the subject matter of the contract into two lots.
7. The contractor may submit a tender for any quantity of lots.
