Description

Die zu bebauende Fläche der MVA Bielefeld-Herford liegt im Bielefeld Heepen. Die Baustelle wird von Süden über die Wiesenstraße erschlossen. Die für die Energiezentrale und Busport 1 vorgesehene Baufläche befindet sich unmittelbar nördlich der Zufahrt zur Tankstelle und Bushalle. Die Zufahtrsfläche ist gepflastert oder asphaltiert und eben. Der Neubau besteht aus einem 1-geschossigen, unterkellerten Gebäude der Energiezentrale und Hallengebäude des Busports 1. Der Baukörper hat folgende Abmessungen: - Energiezentrale ca. 16,20 x 7,70 m, Attikahöhe ca. 4,25 m +/- 0,00 = 80,70 m NN, Bebaute Fläche ca. 125 m², das neue Gebäude erhält ein Flachdach. - Busport 1 ca. 101,73 x 26,305 m Attikahöhe ca. 9,75 m +/- 0,00 = 79,55 m NN, bebaute Fläche ca. 2676,00 m², das neue Gebäude erhält ein Flachdach. Leistungsumfang beinhaltet: - Baustelleneinrichtung für eigene Leistungen - Baustellenräumung einschl. Abtransport der Maschinen und Geräte - Gipskartonständerwände, Vorsatzschalen, Rasterdecken, etc. - Stellung Hebezeuge, Transport- und Montagemittel, Gerüste, Absicherungen, etc.
