Description

The services shall include: o the supply of electrical energy to the delivery points supplying the SYTRAL Mobilités building for capacities exceeding 36 kVA; o the sourcing of 100% "green" energy produced from renewable sources. These proofs of guarantees of origin must be sent to SYTRAL MOBILITES at the end of each calendar year; o the role of balancing officer included in the price of the supply of electrical energy, in accordance with Article L.321-15 of the Energy Code; o coverage of obligations related to capacity guarantees for electricity suppliers; o services associated with the supply of electrical energy, including the quality of customer service and service monitoring, as well as access to an online customer area. The contracts concluded with the Holders are "single contracts", i.e. contracts combining the supply, access and use of the networks. The Holder shall, by virtue of the single contract, be the buyer's intermediary with the system operator in accordance with the provisions governing the conditions of access to and use of the public transmission and distribution system. These provisions are defined in the DSO-Supplier contract concluded between the DSO and the Contract Holder, under the standard delivery conditions and the DSO's catalogue of services.
