THIS IS NOT A PREVIOUS NOTIFICATION, PROJECT NOTICE OR OFFER REQUEST FOR A DESIGNMENT OF PROJECTS IN RESPECT OF THE USE OF THE MARKETING DISTRIBUTION. The Western Uusimaa Welfare Area (LUVN) is planning to tender out the rental space for three serviced housing units. The tendering of the sites will be carried out as separate procurements. This is an initial market dialogue, the aim of which is to obtain information on the potential conditions on the market and the interest of operators in participating in future tenders. Targets: • Housing unit for the elderly, Espoo - approx. 120-180 customer seats • Housing unit for the elderly, Kirkkonummi - approx. 60-120 customer seats • Housing unit for mental health and substance abuse services, Lohja, Vihti, Kirkkonummi, Espoo or Raasepori - approx. 40-60 customer seats • The premises to be rented can be new buildings, sites to be renovated or existing ready-made premises. • The procurement is carried out on a turnkey basis. The timetable for the execution of the procurement will be confirmed at a later stage. Organisations interested in projects are invited to express their interest in the market dialogue by sending a message to satu.gratschev@luvn.fi by 7 November 2025 at the latest. The subscriber decides on the further implementation of the market dialogue on the basis of the number of entrants.
