Description

The purpose of this consultation is to carry out routine maintenance services for the verification, cleaning and partial replacement of controlled mechanical ventilation (VMC) on part of the real estate assets managed by Paris Habitat - 2 Lots. This framework agreement comprises services treated at a mixed price, comprising a flat-rate share and a unit-price share treated with order forms in accordance with Articles R 2162-2 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code.
