Description

Im Auftrag des Landes M-V soll durch das SBL Rostock der Neubau einer Werk- und Instandsetzungshalle geplant und realisiert werden. Die Baumaßnahme umfasst weiter: die Anbindungen an das Verkehrswegenetz der Liegenschaft, den Neubau von Anlagen für den ruhenden Verkehr, die Anbindung notwendiger Ver- und Entsorgungsmedien an das Liegenschaftsnetz, die Integration von IT-Räumen. Folgende Funktionsbereiche sind zu realisieren: Werkstatthallen Mech (Waffen/ABC-Inst.), Einzelanlagen / Sonderräume, Bremsprüfstrecke /-stand, Teilwaschraum Werkstattbereich, Büro- und Besprechungsräume, Sozial- und Sanitärräume, barrierefreies WC, Druckerräume, Putzmittelräume, Lagerräume, Haustechnikräume. Die BGF des Gebäudes beträgt ca. 1.700 m². Es sollen Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung in allen Leistungsstufen der HOAI Teil 4 beauftragt werden. Die Leistungsanforderungen sind mit durchschnittlich zu bewerten.
