New construction of a 4-group day care centre as a replacement building for the St. Pius day care centre, which was destroyed in the Ahr flood in 2021. - 2-storey building in solid construction with WDVS - building plot approx. - Net space of approximately 1,330 m2. - Kita-Plätzen in Neubau Space for 75 - 95 children - Flood-adapted construction in the floodplain - District heating and PV - Central ventilation system Under LOS 7 - Roofing and plumbing work, the following procurement is required: - 4 unventilated flat roof areas with plastic sealing with extensive roof greening and PV system, area approx. 900 m3 - main roof drainage, escape balcony and drainage 2. BA via gutter Roof surface 3 + 4 as attic drainage with pipe-in-pipe system - Uninsulated escape balcony with panel covering - fall protection as a rope system - works in 2 construction phases
