Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of public bus transport services on the lines of public transport ZTM in Katowice indicated by the Employer on the terms set out in the SWZ and in accordance with the timetable provided by the Employer in the estimated total number of 853 000.00 wzkm for a total period of 12 months, including: 1.1. 456 000.00 km performed using 5 BN buses – for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract; 1.2. 322 000.00 km operated with 4 BN buses for a period of 10 months starting from 1 January 2027; 1.3. 75 000.00 wzkm performed using 2 buses of type AN – for a period of 5 months, starting from 1 March 2027. The given amount of the Ordering Party's demand during the term of the contract may be increased or decreased by a maximum of 20%. 2. The subject of the contract should be performed in compliance with all provisions applicable to passenger transport in accordance with the Act on the working time of drivers of 16 April 2004 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 220 as amended) and the Road Transport Act and in accordance with the provisions set out in the model Agreement, which is Annex 7 to the FTZ.
