The purpose of preliminary market consultations (hereinafter referred to as "MACs" throughout the text of this notice) is to inform the market about the description of the subject-matter of the contract and, in particular, to verify the reality, objectivity and proportionality of the requirements for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract with relevant and experienced economic operators, so that subsequent public procurement promotes open competition. At the same time, the contracting authority intends to consult certain questions concerning the conditions of competition (conditions for performance of the contract, etc.). Based on the outcome of the PTI, the contracting authority will decide on the next procedure. The subject of the planned contract is the upgrade of the public administration information system – Central Register of Fine Arts in Slovakia (CEDVU), consisting of the upgrade of part of the back-end of CEDVU and the delivery of a new frontend, migration to a new environment, deployment into operation and provision of training and related documentation.
