The subject of this contract is: ‘Post-warranty maintenance of a robotic Explosive Ordnance Disposal System and Portable X-ray Systems’, under project BG65ISPR001-3.002-0004 ‘Upgrading the facilities and enhancing the training of ERTMS staff’, under Operation 2 of Procedure No 2, Specific Objective 3 ‘Supporting the strengthening of Member States’ capacities to prevent and combat crime, terrorism and radicalisation, as well as to manage security-related incidents, risks and crises, including through enhanced cooperation between public authorities, relevant Union bodies, offices or agencies, civil society and private partners in different Member States’ (BG65ISPR001-3.002), under the Internal Security Fund for the period 2021-2027. The scope of post-warranty maintenance of a robotic explosive device disposal system and portable X-ray systems covers a period of 36 months from the date of signature of the contract and includes the following activities: - Preventive system maintenance (diagnosis) ; - Enabling communication with a technical support team (Help Desk); - Delivery of new spare parts and consumables (if necessary); - Repair of damaged elements for the normal functioning of the system; - Troubleshooting problems in hardware components and software.
