1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of two thermal shakers together with sets of replaceable heating blocks, hereinafter referred to as ‘equipment’, for the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology of the University of Gdańsk and the Medical University of Gdańsk. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) Classification Code: 38430000-8 (Detection and analysis apparatus). 3. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is specified in the description of the subject-matter of the contract - Annex 6 to the FTZ. 4. Place of delivery of equipment: Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology, University of Gdańsk and Medical University of Gdańsk, 80-307 Gdańsk, ul. Abraham 58, room 217. 5. The customer requires a warranty for the equipment for a period of 24 months. The details of the guarantee are set out in Section 7 of the draft contract – Annex 5 to the FTZ.
