Description

Kainuu Welfare Region requests offers for psychological services under the Pupil and Student Welfare Act (30.12.2013/1287) and Section 26 of the Social Welfare Act (1301/2014). The Kainuu wellbeing services county organises the psychological services of pupil and student welfare and family counselling clinics in accordance with the above-mentioned acts. In addition to its own production, the client procures some of the psychology services of the pupil and student welfare and family counselling centre from private service providers. The service is provided in the premises indicated by the client. The service provider arranges the tools required by the client (phone, subscription, computer) for which the client arranges access to the client/patient data system used by the client. The client purchases the service based on the client's needs and decides the location of the psychologist's workplace. The service is provided to all municipalities in the Kainuu wellbeing services county (Hyrynsalmi, Kajaani, Kuhmo, Paltamo, Ristijärvi, Sotkamo, Suomussalmi). In the area of Puolanka, social and health services have been outsourced between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2025, the agreement includes the possibility of a two-year option period until 31 December 2027. The customer does not commit to any purchase amount. The Customer is not obligated to purchase the service from the Service Provider. The customer has the right to discontinue the procurement or individual procurement of psychological work performance in the middle of the procurement period if the need for procurement ceases. The contract period is four (4) years for the period 1.1.2025-31.12.2028 + two (2) years option. All service providers meeting the requirements of the invitation to tender will be selected as contract partners. The order of precedence is based on the overall economic advantage.
