TEST No 2 MIXED WASTE — WASTE RECEIVED AND DISPOSAL: The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service for the collection and disposal of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste in the amount of approx. 2 000 Mg (tonne) per mechanical and biological waste treatment installation, in accordance with the requirements set out in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 together with implementing acts. C. TEST No 3 LARGE-BARYT WASTE – RECEIVING AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE: The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service for the collection and disposal of bulky waste in the amount of approx. 300 Mg (tonne), in accordance with the requirements set out in the Waste Act of 14 December 2012, together with implementing acts. D. TEST NO. 4 INTERMEDIATE MEDICINES - RECEIVING AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE: 1) The subject of the contract includes the provision of specialist containers for the collection of expired medicines, collection, transport and disposal of expired medicines from pharmacies, pharmacy outlets located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Muszyna, indicated in Annex 9 to the FTZ. The subject-matter of the contract includes waste classified under the following codes: 20 01 32, 20 01 31. The expected number of overdue medications to receive is approx. 1.0 Mg (tonne). E. TEST No 7 MIXED WASTE FROM BETON, CEGLANIC GROUND, WASTE CERAMIC MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT ELEMENTS OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED IN 17 01 06 – RECEIVING AND DISPOSAL OF WASTE: 1) As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged, in particular, to collect mixed waste from concrete, brick debris, waste ceramic materials and equipment elements other than those listed in 17 01 06 from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the City and Municipality of Muszyna.
