1) Przedmiot zamówienia stanowi: odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych i obojętnych z Instalacji Komunalnej MBP położonej w Korzyścienku przy ulicy Wspólnej 1. 2) Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje: odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych i obojętnych z Instalacji Komunalnej MBP położonej w Korzyścienku przy ul. Wspólnej 1 o kodach: • 19 12 12; - część nr 1 • 19 05 03; - część nr 2 • 16 01 19; 17 01 01; 17 01 02; 17 03 80; 20 01 11; 17 05 04; 19 05 99; - część nr 3 • ex 19 05 03; - część nr 4 • 19 12 12; - część nr 5 • 15 01 02; - część nr 6 • 19 12 01 / 15 01 01 – część nr 7 • 16 01 03; - część nr 8 • 17 09 04; 17 06 04; - część nr 9 Odpady posiadają postać stałą i są luzem (dotyczy części 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 i 9). Odpady posiadają postać sprasowaną w formie belek / kostek (dotyczy części 6 i 7). 3) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, opis wymagań Zamawiającego w zakresie realizacji i odbioru określają: - opis przedmiotu zamówienia – stanowiący część III SWZ - projektowane postanowienia umowy – stanowiące część II SWZ.
