Description

During this procedure, the procurement of drugs used for the treatment of neurological diseases, sclerosis and HIV is desired, divided into 15 batches, with the minimum technical specifications in the Tender Specifications and in the quantities provided in Annex no. 1 to the Tender Specifications. Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub). In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the Contracting Authority sets the deadline within which economic operators may submit requests for clarification, i.e. in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 1. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. The Contracting-Purchasing Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The deadline for replying to the clarifications was set, in accordance with Article 161 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, so that economic operators would have an adequate period to analyse the tender documentation and, subsequently, to draw up tenders in the light of the replies provided by the Contracting Authority-acquirer. Note: The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications/additional information that have not been addressed within the deadline set out in Section I.3 of the Data Sheet.
