Description

The objective of this Assignment is the implementation of an Access Service for the Joint Facilities, in which the Contracting Authority wants to implement a secure and manageable Access that meets the current standards for information security. TGV gives people the right Access that belongs to that person's position and/or role. The TGV must be connected to multiple systems and websites and give access to them. Access to those systems and websites should therefore no longer be regulated separately. The contractor is asked to provide a SaaS solution that is able to realize a TGV on the basis of open standards and ‘proven technology’. In order to cope with expected growth, the TGV should: • To be able to federate at least 45 Partners so that the Users of those Partners can use the Joint Facilities via SSO. • Provide Access to Users of at least 48 Partners logging in with MFA. • To be able to grant access to the Joint Facilities to at least 50,000 different Users. • 8 – 20 systems to be connected. • 9 - 20 websites to connect. • Allow access to at least 500 users per minute. The Client must also have the possibility to scale up and down the number of users of the service and the associated licenses.
