The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of disposable tools for biliary procedures along with the creation of a deposit for the Health Care Team in Bolesławiec along with transport and bringing to the Ordering Party's warehouses. The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes the Price Form - Annex No. 2.1-2.4 to the SWZ. Each Contractor may submit only one tender for the entire contract or the task(s) concerned in writing, failing which they shall be null and void. If the Contractor submits more than one tender for the entire contract or for a given task/tasks, all tenders of that Contractor will be rejected by the Contracting Authority.
