Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of immunohistochemical dyeing reagents made in automatic dyeing machines with a lease of an immunohistochemical dyeing system (IHC) – 1 set with additional equipment, with parameters, assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annexes 3 and 4 to the RVU. 2. The ordered assortment must meet the requirements set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ will result in the rejection of the tender. 3. Deliveries of the assortment will be made on the basis of partial orders. The maximum delivery time is 5 working days from the date of placing the order. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered assortment at his own expense to the Department of Clinical Pathomorphology UCK, CMI building, ul. Smoluchowskiego 17, 80-214 Gdańsk. 4. The leased system, hereinafter referred to as ‘equipment’, must meet the limit parameters set out in Annex 4 to the RVU. Failure to meet at least one of the limit parameters set out in Annex 4 to the CVT will result in the rejection of the tender. 5.
