Description

Award of a concession for the provision of an economic public service of supply (distribution) with steam and hot water in the municipality of Miren – Kostanjevica. The commercial public service shall include in particular:
— the construction of a wood biomass boiler room,
— the construction of a heating network for a district heating system using wood biomass (hereinafter: DOLB) to heat users,
— regular inspection of the operation of facilities,
— all necessary maintenance work or professional supervision of the operation of the network,
— interventions in DOLB facilities and installations,
—management of preparatory works and investments in new facilities,
— cadastre management and control book,
— preparation and management of compensation proceedings against the perpetrators of damage to installations, installations and networks,
— keeping records of the energy consumed by individual consumption points.
