Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the establishment, maintenance and operation of a separate municipal waste collection point, hereinafter referred to as the PSZOK in the municipality of Białe Błota, on immovable property owned by the Contractor or over which the Contractor has the right to dispose of the property on the date of submission of the tender.
In accordance with the tender submitted, the Contractor undertakes to set up, maintain and operate PSZOK on plot No Ewid. 40/21 1.3808 ha in Białe Błota ul. Industrial 12 municipality of Białe Błota, owned by the Contractor on the basis of KW131341, in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s requirements set out in Chapter II, paragraph 3 TOR.
