Description

The aim is to acquire a modern system(s) based on best practices. The land register, rental and service agreement system includes, for example, the maintenance, updating and termination of rental and service agreements and other recurring billing agreements, invoicing in accordance with the agreements and ledger functions/transfer of invoices to ledgers, as described in more detail in the materials of the invitation to tender. The system also includes the sending of inspection letters and the functionalities of property information management. The system draws up contracts and maintains and manages information on the cadastral register. The system maintains the timeliness and accuracy of the data. The system must manage the billing information and the ledger/transfer of invoices to the ledger. In the system package, the departure of invoices in accordance with the agreement must be carried out on time and the payment status of invoices must be monitored.
