Description
The subject of the contract is the provision of patient nutrition services on both weekdays and holidays, for a period of 36 months from 1 September 2025. The term ‘patient nutrition’ should be understood as self-preparation (cooking) and delivery by the Contractor to individual buildings of the Contracting Authority of ready meals, in accordance with orders placed by the Contracting Authority and at the times specified by the Contracting Authority. Meals will be prepared at a feeding point organised in the "Zimowit" building. The feeding point consists of a number of rooms consisting of a proper kitchen, kitchen facilities and storage and cleaning rooms. Providing meals to patients undergoing treatment at the Contracting Authority will take place in the dining rooms organised in the buildings ‘Zimowit’, ‘Eskulap’, ‘Maria’, ‘Polonia’, ‘Świtezianka’ and ‘Anna’. The individual dining rooms consist of rooms consisting of: waiter's switchboards, washrooms and cleaning rooms. The Ordering Party provides that the planned number of all-day meals over a period of 36 months will be: Referral patient – 664 648 meals, commercial patient – 60 408 meals. The above quantity is estimated and may be reduced depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, hereinafter referred to as ‘OPZ’, is set out in Annex No 12 to the FTZ, together with the annexes.
