Description

This contract is awarded in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Code. This is a set of intellectual services, studies and controls necessary to exercise the role of assistant to the contracting authority as defined by Article L2422-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The estimated duration of the AMO services is 18 months for the firm tranche, 10 months for the optional tranche 1, 12 months for the optional tranche 2 and 4 months for each of the optional tranches 3 and 4. The estimated duration of 32 months of this opinion corresponds to the estimated duration of the design work carried out. The contract starts on the order letter for the first mission element and ends on receipt of the works without reservation for each of the tranches.
