The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment and medical equipment, namely the Kardiotocograph for high-sensitivity twins, the cardiotocographic monitoring system (12 monitors + 1 head office), CTG telemetry 2 units for the bed part of the perinatology centre of Nemocnice České Budějovice, a.s., in accordance with the legislation in force, in particular Act No 89/2012, the Civil Code, as amended, Act No 268/2014 on medical devices and amending certain related acts, as amended, and the relevant implementing legislation, including any related activities within the scope specified in the Tender Documents. The subject of this contract is all the supplies and activities specified in Annex 1 to the Tender Document.
