Description

Execution of the project and construction of apartments at ul. Kamienna in Piekary Śląskie – for STAGE I, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party set out in this FTZ, the Local Plan and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law. Stage I will be divided into the following 2 tasks: Activity 1 - execution of the building project documentation for Stage I (building B3) and construction and execution documentation for connections and networks for Stage I, Activity 2 - construction works for Stage I (building B3), execution of the development, connections and networks to the extent necessary to obtain the occupancy permit for building B3, obtaining a decision on the occupancy permit for building B3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in chapter. III FTZ and Annex 13 to the FTZ.
