Description

The purpose of this procurement is the provision of services for the maintenance and fitting out of green spaces under the administration of the contracting authority, in order to ensure a clean, aesthetic and healthy environment for the inhabitants. The services will be provided according to the rules in force, taking into account the specificity of green areas and the requirements of the contracting authority The main activities include, but are not limited to: • Grass mowing and lawn maintenance • Cutting hedges, ornamental shrubs and shaping tree crowns • Planting trees, shrubs, flowers and other ornamental plants • Fertilisation and irrigation of vegetation • Control of plant pests and diseases • Removal of dry vegetation, leaves and plant waste • Maintenance of irrigation systems (where applicable) • Redevelopment or establishment of new green areas according to development plans Place of provision of services The services will be provided on the administrative territory of Pantelimon City, in all areas specified by the contracting authority in the annexes to the documentation. The estimated total area of the green areas covered by the contract is approximately 86 837.00 m2, in accordance with the attached technical annex (Annex 1 to the specifications – Quantities of green areas). No. of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 19 days. Clarifications requested after this deadline will not be taken into account.
