Description

The subject-matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. Point 1 of the Forests Act of 28.9.1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2018, item 2129, as amended hereafter: ‘Forests Act’) covering work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and logging, to be carried out in the Spychowo Forest District in 2020.
The subject-matter of the contract was divided into lots (hereinafter: “Packages”):
Package I of Forestry Spychowo
Package II Forest Coverage Racibór
Package III forest area Chochół
The time limit within which the contractor will be bound by the tender submitted shall be 60 days.
