Description

Supply via the Sofia Stock Exchange of gas oil up to 321 000 litres (CPV code 7-09134000) and coal, brown, enriched, class E, high-calorie, with grain sizes ranging from 20 mm to 50 mm (washed) – Dombaski – up to 120 000 kg included in the Annex to Article 38 (1) of the PPZOP, marked with the possibility of increasing the quantities of deliveries by up to 30 % when the quantities initially announced have been exhausted before the expiry of the contract. Value of up to 2.0 % (two per cent) of the value of the exchange contract. The supply is for the needs of the Municipality of Breznik and the budgetary units in the territory of the municipality for a period of 3 years from the date of entry into force of the contract and each individual supply must be accompanied by a complete set of fuel origin documents.
