Description

The subject of this consultation is the work of material and technical realization of the monumental mural work of the artist Franck SCURTI, in the station LABÈGE MADRON (LMA) of the Connection Line B (CLB) of the Toulouse metro. This is a works contract within the meaning of Article L. 1111-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The artwork consists of a mural painting depicting white and colored clouds on a monochrome blue background (RAL Design KLARBLAU 240 60 40), accompanied by fictitious numberings reported composed of numbers and a "No". Details are available in the CCTP and its annex. It is deployed on the ground floor of the station on three vertical surfaces: the front wall of the exchange room and the two side walls of the stairwells leading to the quays, i.e. a total approximate surface area of ± 297 m² (front wall ± 67 m², north and south side walls ± 115 m² each) and a total of 30 clouds, of which 19 are fictitiously numbered integers and 11 are partial or truncated. This consultation is conducted in accordance with the rules described in the notice of call for competition on the one hand and in this consultation regulation (CR) on the other hand. The overall period of execution of the works is 6 months excluding contractual guarantees
