Description

The subject of this contract is the supply of coating material and crushed quarry material ‘E4 pre-press’ for the needs of the Istiaia landfill. Until now, the needs for soil coating material have been covered by a supply carried out through a corresponding tendering procedure. The quantities of this soil material of the above supply to the Istiaia landfill are expected to be exhausted in the near future. Also, at that time and given the work planned to be carried out, there must always be a sufficient amount of crushed material "E4 prefix", for the smooth operation of the project. It is therefore necessary and necessary to launch an international tender for the supply of: a) a total quantity of thirty thousand cubic meters (30.000 m3) of earthen covering material, with a budget of three hundred and fifteen thousand euros (315.000,00 €) plus VAT, with a total budget, with activation of an option of 30%, four hundred and nine thousand five hundred euros (409.500,00 €) plus VAT and b) a total quantity of two thousand cubic meters (2.000 m3) of crushed quarry material "E4 prefix", with a budget of fifty thousand euros (50,000,00 €) plus VAT, with activation of an option of 30%, sixty-five thousand euros (65.000,00 €) plus VAT. This commission is estimated to be sufficient to cover the needs of the Istiaia landfill for a period of at least two (2) years and will be charged under code 64.08.07 entitled ‘Supply of landfill coating material’ in the Agency’s expenditure budget for 2025 and 2026. The total estimated value of the contract, including the 30% option, amounts to EUR 474 500,00 plus VAT. This contract is financed from own resources.
