Design and execution for investment objectives: LOT 1: ‘Decommissioning PT 413 and supplying consumers via mini thermal points’ LOT 2: ‘Modernisation of the district heating system on str. Freedom, between the street. Iosif Vulcan and Trajan Park’ LOT 3: ‘Modernisation of line M2 on Cicero Street, abandonment of line PT 806 and line PT 810 and supplying consumers from these thermal points by means of mini-thermal points’, the types of works are those described in Necessity Reports No 257532/13.05.2020 and No 270963/29.05.2020, as well as in the tender specifications as follows: a. Design  A set of documentation/project will be prepared for each object in these specifications, in part, according to GD 907/2016;  Documentation for obtaining ISCIR preliminary approval for installations falling under the scope of ISCIR (if applicable);  Project for Authorising the Execution of Works (project for authorising the execution of construction works - CAP and project for organising the execution of works - POE)  Technical Project for Execution (PT) with Execution Details (DDE);  On-site health and safety plan;  AS-BUILT documentation;  Technical book of the installations carried out;  Operation and maintenance manuals;  Environmental Management Plan;  The programme for tracking and monitoring the energy efficiency performances established by the SF, including the means of measurement and the way in which this will be achieved. b. Technical assistance from the Designer will be provided throughout the execution of the works carried out on the basis of the project, without additional costs for the Beneficiary. • Participation in the control phases set out in the Work Quality Control Plan; • Issuing technical solutions, clarifications or clarifications related to the implementation of the Technical Project in accordance with the situation on the ground; • Tracking the execution works on the site; • Issuance of site dispositions; • Current checks and controls that are carried out during movements on the site; • Development of modification plans due to the situation on the ground; • Moving to the site whenever it is justified to do so; • Drawing up the Designer's Presentation Report on the manner in which the work was executed, at the reception at the end of the works; • Any other activity that is provided in the legislation in force regarding the technical assistance from the designer and has not been specified in the documentation. c.
