Es handelt sich um die Freianlagen einer Einrichtung für geistig und mehrfach beeinträchtigte, Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene. Vergeben werden die Leistungen der Freianlagenplanung für die LP 1-9 nach § 39 HOAI für die Überarbeitung, Sanierung und Anpassung der bestehenden Freianlagen im Rahmen der Sanierung des gesamten Bestandsgebäudes, Entfall des bestehenden Ausweichgebäudes und ggf. eines Anbaus einer Sporthalle im laufenden Betrieb in mehreren Phasen.
