1. The subject-matter of the contract is the electricity distribution service provided by the distribution system operator Energa Operator S.A., established in Gdańsk, comprising:
(1) the distribution of electricity, defined as the transport of electricity through distribution networks with a view to its delivery to customers;
(2) maintaining the continuity and reliability of electricity supply;
(3) maintaining the electricity quality parameters up to the consumption points described in detail in Annex 2 with a total estimated amount of electricity over a period of 12 months of 22 283 100 KWh.
