Belgium-Lokeren: Telephone exchanges
The primary objective is the provision, installation and service of a telephone switchboard plus accessories and wireless infrastructure.
Our current telephone switchboard is a Unify Hipath 4000 and the current wireless infrastructure is a controller-based implementation by Unify with 96 access points.
We currently have 436 lines, of which 228 are analogue, 62 SIP, 112 IP, 23 digital lines, 1 operator-post and 11 lines to GSM.
As some lines run by more than 1 aircraft, we have 442 devices, of which 244 are analogue, 62 SIP, 112 IP and 23 digital devices.
With this implementation, we are missing some desired functionalities, all the functionalities we wish to see in this specification.
The supporting wiring network and the emergency flow are not part of this specification. The requirements imposed on the infrastructure should be communicated.
If the current infrastructure can be adapted to meet the requested specifications, it may be taken over in whole or in part.
This specification is divided into 4 variants:
— Basic offer: a complete new telephone switchboard and a new wireless infrastructure;
— variant 1: a continuation of the current telephone switchboard and a new wireless infrastructure;
— variant 2: a complete new telephone switchboard and a continuation of the current wireless infrastructure;
— variant 3: a continuation of the current telephone switchboard and wireless infrastructure.
At present, it is not clear which solution is the best price-quality solution for AZ Lokeren. AZL therefore allows different variants to be submitted.
