Description

The agreement concerns the production and supply of vehicle transfer marks. The contract period for the procurement is limited to 2012-2015, after which the contract will continue for an indefinite period.
The transfer mark consists of 1 to 2 letters and a maximum of 4 digits with red characters on a white non-reflecting background. The letter and the numbers are separated by a slash.
Two identical transfer marks are assigned to the car. The size of one transfer tag shall be 290 mm x 100 mm. The size of the transfer sign (1) for motorcycles and mopeds shall be 120 mm x 120 mm. There is no dashboard for motorcycles and motors. The letter and numbers appear on the label at the bottom.
The transfer sign is disposable and must be decomposed when it is removed. Transfer marks shall be made of recyclable polypropylene plastic.
The Supplier shall provide on-demand transfer labels to the testing offices issuing transfer licences and to the customs offices issuing transfer licences.
The price of the transfer brand includes all costs associated with the production and delivery of the label, as well as start-up and other costs.
