Description

1. The subject of the Order is the supply of equipment for the purposes of Civil Protection and Civil Defence, divided into 5 parts (Tasks): - Activity 1 - Sleeping bags (300); - Activity 2 - Carimates (3000); - Activity 3 - Field beds (1500); - Activity 4 - Menagerie (3000); - Activity 5 – Thermoses 20 l (40 pcs). 2. Detailed description and requirements for The subject of the Order contains the Technical Specification (hereinafter: ‘ST’), which is Annex No 1 to the FTZ. The required parameters of the assortment, broken down into individual tasks referred to in point 4.1 of the SWZ, are set out in Annex 1 to ST. 3. The subject of the Order will be executed in accordance with the ST and the Model Agreement, constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ, 4. The Contracting Authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted for one or more of the Tasks referred to in point 4.1 of the FTZ, with the proviso that the partial tender must cover the full scope of each offered Task resulting from ST and Annex No 1 to ST. 4. Purchase covered by co-financing from the state budget of own tasks from Area II carried out under the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme (OLiOC Programme) – Task entitled: ‘Performance of own tasks in the field of civil protection and civil protection within Area II – ‘Logistical security and ensuring continuity of supply’ for the Capital City of Warsaw and the Self-Government of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship |Own task | Miasto St. Warszawa|’.
